Return and Exchange Policy

We honor a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CASMARA - West Coast order, simply return the unused portion along with your receipt within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your product purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other CASMARA products.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via insured parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5—7 business days to receive before they can be processed. Only products purchased on Casmara-WestCoast.com will be accepted for return or exchange.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at 925-736-2459, or email us at sales@casmara-westcoast.com.

In the rare event that the item you receive is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours at 925-736-2459, or email us as sales@casmara-westcoast.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.

To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. CASMARA - West Coast will reimburse the return shipping cost for damaged and incorrect items.
